Refund and Return Policy


We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at: shamelesspatriots@gmail.com. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (or return instructions, depending on your location) and information on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right. In most cases of defects, misprints, or wrong items, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (you no longer want the item).

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer, unless we decide to make an exception at our discretion.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products (for example, items with custom names, numbers, or designs).

  • Final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order or before starting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to contact us about a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item, size, or design. In some cases (for example, if we made an error in printing or fulfillment), we may offer a direct replacement instead of requiring a separate purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period (If Applicable)

If we ship merchandise into the European Union in the future, customers there may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. In that case, items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn and unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
